Got stiffed by weirdo title company + weirdo wholesaler when the seller didn't perform. Buyer doesn't perform = confiscate earnest Seller doesn't perform = confiscate earnest That is called a freeroll.

This has been by far one of my worst experiences.... Mark, at Texas Lone Star Title has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.... instead of him taking the time to correct what was done wrong, take action to fix it or EVEN LISTEN. He was very rude, short, and unapologetic about an experience that I unfortunately had to be financially responsible for because, Mark refused to be helpful or even understanding. By all means avoid any interaction with Mark, I will never refer any family, friends, colleague or clients to this Title Co.

Cause of Valentina, I’m homeless now. Told her I’d take the place by the 3rd and I didn’t sign the application fast enough so she went with someone else. After making me pay $55.00 for an application fee.

Very helpful with info about what I would to close before I even started the contract.

Very professional staff. The whole closing was done in 15 min.
