There is a house listed by this realty company and wa shown to me by Melody Ware, who introduced herself as a broker. This property was actually owned and lived in by this lady, as well as listed by her. From what I understand now that was the first unethical thing from her. Either way, I provided this landlord with a deposit and first month rent back in September. She assured me that she would be no longer occupying the property by October the 15th. That date came and went, November 15th came and went and she was still "moving". The week of Thanksgiving, after she and her family have finally settled in Colorado and my family and I still living in a hotel she decides to try to find someone to repair small things in the house.
