It's been over 3 months now since the end of my lease. Jeff and Karina have ignored all attempts I have made to contact them. They still have not returned my security deposit or sent me an itemized list of any deductions if applicable. They have completely ignored all attempts I've made to communicate with them and resolve this. Stay far away from these people. They will do you wrong at the end of your lease. If I don't hear from them soon I'm going to have to file a case against them. I couldn't afford for them to hold that money and negatively affect my wife and children's wellbeing like this. We honored our lease contract and they are not honoring their end of it. They are not acting in good faith and well harm your family if you lease with them. Beware for your own sake.
