WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE BUYING A HOME WITH TEXAS HOMES (FORMERLY MERITAGE HOMES). These people don't care about you or your family. They just want to sell you a home that was put together by cheap labor and want to maximize profit. Do NOT buy a new home from them. I did and we have SO MANY issues that it isn't even funny. Ed Berlanga doesn't is the CEO and he could care less about you or your family. Seriously. Don't do it.
