Brenda and Carol are two very negligent employees. Good luck trying to get any sort of communication! How could anyone trust this company to manage properties when they can’t even manage an email inbox??

Bad start have a pool we paid to get use of and go to get are key to pool but they only stayed till noon. Couldn't give keys to property sales office no you had to be there before noon to get them from the people of management. Sorry I bought a home here and been here two weeks looking at a pool closed. Been asking the office several times when IS the pool opening. Was told they will be giving keys out shortly. Not told I had to pick them up at a time I couldn't be there. I think this could have been done in a better way. Next I try to call them and everytime I pick 2 in there system it says error and hangs up. Poor service number two two!! Can't even leave a message on there phone system!! Poor Poor Poor!!

I would give negative stars for this business if it was possible. One of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

Brenda is super awesome to work with! You ask, she delivers. She also has a wonderful sense of humor. I can't wait for my next opportunity to work with her!

They have literally never returned a single call I have made. Yesterday the sprinklers in our neighborhood were broken and had been running for a full 24 hours, flooding the park. I called and asked for someone to at least call me back and let me know they were aware of the issue. Silence.
