Texana Bank - Richmond Rd

I recently had the pleasure of working with Matthew Reed to open a new bank account, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service he provided. Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and efficient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I was particularly impressed with his ability to quickly resolve any issues that arose. Overall, my experience with Matthew was exceptional, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking outstanding customer service.

As far as using them to get a mortgage and you want to use VA loan be careful,reps have no problem giving you wrong info to get you to go through their bank

I did a VA refinance and the whole process was amazing from beginning to end. My loan officer Ryan Dalton was very helpful during the whole process. Kept me in the know the whole time and answered all my questions.

I applied for a mortgage refi loan with Texana Bank in mid-January and promptly supplied all requested documentation. In mid-February more documentation was requested and promptly supplied. In early March the bank “withdrew” my application; my loan officer told me we had “too much information to process”. I called the VP of mortgage lending and after a lengthy conversation was promised some results within two days. Nine days later I’ve heard nothing. My wife and I have bought & sold many homes and have excellent credit. We have NEVER been treated with such a flagrant lack of professionalism. If you are seeking any kind of mortgage, look elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.

Bank was really good at first but after.i stopped using it my bank got closed. I tried to re-open it but they would not pick up the phone and they voice message box was full. I still love the associates though ❤️
