Texana Bank

I wish I could give negative stars! Terrible customer service! My mom had credit card fraud. They did nothing to help over the phone. She then went to the bank hoping someone would help and still nothing. Amazon jumped on it and did their part to stop anything else from coming through. But Texana wouldn't freeze her account didn't offer to cancel her card that was used. Nothing. Ive never seen a bank be so unwilling to help. Today she went and removed her money from the bank there were no apologizes. No excuses.. It was unbelievable. Ive had incidents of my own at Chase Bank and East Texas Professional. They both jumped into action and helped me resolve the problem instantly. So for the safety of your money and peace of mind, DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

Absolutely awful. Do not go through this company for a mortgage, even as a last resort. Almost completely unresponsive (you have to escalate to supervisor to finally get a simple response to basic questions), and will take months to fund a loan, if at all. My very simple and slam-dunk refinance has been in process with them for over 3 months now, and they've done little to nothing on the file, and have given me the runaround and/or been unresponsive on very simple questions. Months later, I'm finding out essentially nothing has been done on my file- I've now had to order the payoff myself, reach out to the title officer and get her items she's been requesting from the lender without response, and essentially do their job for them (after months of wasted time, as they lied and told me progr

Branch manager Terri Hodge makes banking here a pleasure. You can really tell that she cares about her customers by the way that she goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy and taken care of. Thank you Terri for being exceptional at what you do.

Terrible company to go through for a mortgage. Unresponsive and very slow. There are many much better and more reliable mortgage lenders out there.
