Texan Inspection Services (TI) was called on to urgently conduct a frame/pre-dry wall home inspection because the inspection report provided by the previously hired company did not contain detailed reporting by code. TI was able to coordinate locating one of their available inspectors, provided the builder with required licensure info, reach the purchasing home buyers for authorization /payment, and conduct the inspection within 4 hrs./same day they were called on. Further TI, completed and distributed a thorough well written inspection report on the next morning. All in less than 24 hours. We plan to utilize TI for our home build completion inspection as well as our 1-yr follow-up.
