Tesoro at 12 Apartments

Horrible place to leave at. I lived there they never had a maintenance team available. New owners every month so there mix up on portal payments etc, they have so many roaches idk what pest control would spray cause it didn’t help at all, when I gave my notice they told me I’d have to pay more until I completed my lease when I was leaving they tried to say I was breaking my lease either way. There new staff every week and nobody on the same page. Just make sure you ask all the questions because once you move in they make it hard to leave

Shuntay Davis was a GREAT help! She made sure everything was perfect before we moved in, and stays right on top of our concerns. These apartments are lovely.

Very Much Roach Infested I called for them to bring out and exterminator they never showed up and they leasing manager Shante is very rude

I have been staying in these apartments for over 3yrs now and my vehicles have been broke into 4 times. The property is not safe and there is no security to prevent things like this from happening. I suggest not staying here because you will fear for your safety and your property will get vandalized.

don’t move here. I’ve been here three months and I’m extremely unhappy. There is a family of cats living underneath me people around keep letting them in their house and keep feeding them and touching them which makes them come back. They have attacked my dog and are now waiting at my front door for herShe isn’t allowed to go outside due to the cats. They are infested with fleas and she has even caught a couple even with her being an inside dog. I have complained about this a couple times and still, nothing has been done. There are multiple other reasons.
