Terwilliger Place

I moved in six months ago. I waited to post a review because I wanted to see if what I was experiencing real. From the moment I made the first interest phone call, until this very moment, my experiencing as been amazing. From the customer service, the property, my apartment, it's all high quality and consistent goodness. My interactions have been with Rakem Brown and Ryan Murphy. They were very polite, professional, and problem-solving, with quick response times. There will be a wait for a space in the parking garage, but living here is worth it. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend rented there a couple years ago and we are now trying to move elsewhere but they are requiring a rental verification form to be filled out by the property manager here at Terwilliger. The property we are trying to lease, has sent the form multiple times with no response. We have also been trying to call and get a hold of Ryan and Rakem and the receptionist has been giving us the run around all week, when she answers the phone anyway. It has been extremely frustrating. My boyfriend had a great experience living here but this experience has def left a bad taste in our mouth. We have until tomorrow to get the form back and still have not been able to get a hold of anyone. We have sent emails and called endlessly. If someone could please help us ASAP that would be amazing.

Ryan Murphy gave us an excellent apartment tour! He was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to answer all our questions and made us feel comfortable. His willingness to assist and positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend working with Ryan!

Been here going on two years, love my apartment!💕most of the Residents are pretty cool 😎 But the leasing office/management awesome, we love Rakeem and Ryan and can honestly say they they’re the best, absolutely awesome they look out for the residents and treat us more like family than tenants. Olivia is pretty awesome as well!!
