Terrazzo Apartments

Living here for almost 8 months and I love it. The office staff is amazing and maintenance staff does there best to keep up on what needs to be fixed. The atmosphere outside is quite and peaceful.

My family and I have been here for almost a year. Our rental history had been shaky and didn't have many options. We researched Terrazzo apartments and we were relieved that they were able to help us. The rent is reasonable. I like that maintenance comes in a timely manner and handles our issues upon request. The units come with washer and dryer which is a plus. The front office is very polite and communicative. They'll work with you if you're behind on rent. The area is quiet.

This community is quiet and well kept. The grass is cut on a consistent basis. The dumpster is emptied regularly. The office staff is very polite, reasonable, and goes the extra mile when if you hit a rough patch. I enjoy living here and definitely recommend this complex.

The office ladies are super amazing!! Delia helped my fiancé and I find the perfect place among their properties. Unfortunately the first place we really wanted was swept from underneath us but Delia was more than happy to show us other options they had and was determined to find us a spot we loved. Immediately after she told us the bad news about the first place (which was a one bedroom around 920) she showed us two other options we both loved which were both 2 bedrooms for around the same price. She was absolutely amazing and responded to all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner

I guess we’ll see if google reviews has a word limit today because I cannot say enough about this complex and the office staff! My wife and I have moved too many times to count and have had many different office/complex experiences and none of them come close to the care and courtesy that the Terrazzo staff has shown. We have nothing but positive recommendations for the community! When we fell on hard times, the staff was there for us, when we were struggling financially, they understood us and were/have been patient. The effort that these ladies have put into creating a fun and safe environment for the families and individuals that live here is bar none. If you’re reading this and thinking about moving, make sure this is your first stop!
