Closed on a Terrawise home in January 2021. In short, I do not recommend them. The house is for the most part well built, and is very energy efficient. However, their customer service is awful. They do not communicate with you, letting calls, emails, and texts go unacknowledged. I had to repeatedly visit their office in person to call attention to these issues, yielding only sluggish progress. Their warranty portal is non functional. My year end punch list was never completed despite repeated attempts to get them to schedule repairs. Even worse, I am embarrassed by the way they treated my neighbors during the build. They were nothing short of bullies, and Springfield residents deserve better treatment from their neighboring business. They are not the friendly, thoughtful neighborhood build

We are looking to build a house and wanted to learn more about TerraWise because of the beautiful designs on their website. We sent multiple emails and phone calls, but received no reply so we stopped by their business office. The super was the only person there, and though he was friendly, he could give no details. He took our information and promised to give it to the sales team. They never reached out. Our realtor called and emailed a few times, attempting to set up an appointment, but they never responded to her either, so we stopped by the model. It was closed during posted business hours. We bought our Terrawise home already built, in Springfield. I really love it. We've been in it for 6 months, and the quality is excellent, and the layout is fabulous. We have 14 solar panels on it. I think I might add a few more to improve the energy bill, but so far, it's really great.

We selected Terrawise because they build better quality homes, modern, with beautiful finishes, also energy efficient. We have lived in our house for several months now and we are very satisfied. I recommend Terrawise as the best builder in Jacksonville.

I wish I could give zero stars. They built my friends home. They have autoimmune disorders and other health issues that have to do with allergies and toxins. They hired TerraWise to build a non toxic energy efficient home. it was suppose to save on electricity, it was suppose to be mold free, it was suppose to be a toxic free home. The JEA bills are even higher than normal, their house has mold. My friends are sick all the time. They wont correct this, they won't respond, they won't help financially. I do not recommend. They do not deliver what they promise.
