Do not Rent from this company. I rented an apartment and I got all kind of issues. Electrical problems, the heat don't work and roach infected place. Microwave was trash. Can't really contact anybody and it's all by text messages. Please do not fall for a company like this the way I did. Stay away from it. I totally regretted renting in this place

Do not go through with them. My boyfriend and I had questions about the lease and had simple maintenance requests, like the duct-taped fridge or the shower wall falling off. We got nothing but attitude from the women who stated, "Well, I don't think this is a good time for you guys," which is ridiculous because these should be fixed. Also charging $50 landlord protection insurance, which is to protect the landlord, not the tenant. Do not go with them. Horrible communication also!!!!!!!

Do not rent from these people, all they care about is your rent, they don't do repairs, we have been without water since Saturday February 7th and they said Plummer is sick. So as big as this company is they only have one plumbing company with what 1 employee smdh.. Don't waste your time if you are working class people.. they are slum lords..

Incompetent. Takes months to resolve issues and doesn’t even know who’s occupying which units. Once had a maintenance guy walk right into our place instead of going to the bottom unit. Can’t pay my electric bill for the past 3 months because they took it out of our name without notice. Please do better, this is actually embarrassing and extremely unprofessional.

Do not listen to most of the people on here every building I’m sure it has a ups and downs and maybe certain buildings don’t get me into issues resolve as quickly, but this company is the only company that gave me the time of day low credit and honestly prices are pretty fair compared to other places and their maintenance Porter is completely self-sufficient and goes through vendors and most of the time are surprisingly pretty quick about most issues I would definitely say every Boeing different but so far these people have been some pretty good landlords.
