I lived here for 2.5 years and paid every single rent and move-out charge. After being a responsible tenant for that long, what I experienced at the end was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and honestly unacceptable. The property INCORRECTLY reported my rental history, which resulted in my new rental application being denied. Because of PROPERTY MISTAKE, I had to spend weeks making endless calls, sending documents, and following up with the apartment, collection agency, and rental reporting companies to fix something that should have been handled correctly by the Property Management.
I absolutely love this complex. I moved in Dec. 2020, when the name was Broadstone Travesia. This is definitely a luxury complex with pretty nice amenities. I believe all units include a washer and dryer, one of my requirements. The dog park is like no other as far as apartment dog parks. They have actual grass in the dog park not wood chips or sand! There are also a lot of large grassy areas and sidewalks to walk through. Parking is a little tight in the front of the complex but there a lot of extra spaces on either side. Everything is well lit at night which is super important when I walk my pup. Maintenance staff is great and super helpful. Everyone in the office is really nice to. There are a gym and package locker that are accessible 24/7. The pool area is really amazing and almost ha
I felt the need to update my review. At first it was a dream living here: I mean there’s a nice pool, dog park and spa, cool gym and patio area - and it still KIND of feels that way. Now it feels like the leasing office has no more control than we do. I’m constantly seeing and reporting residents for walking their dog off leash and letting their dog rush up to mine - small things have been done to make a temporary fix for the problem. However there are still a lot of residents don’t care and my dog and I literally have to be on high alert when we walk around and not much else has been done to penalize the owners that carry on without a leash. The main attraction to this complex was that it’s gated: they shouldn’t even consider it that anymore and lessen the rent because the gate never wo
I would not recommend living here, especially if you have children or value your safety. Management is unresponsive and shows little concern for resident safety. A maintenance worker once left the master key to my apartment and my mailbox key in my door. I discovered them when I got home, and management didn’t even realize the keys were missing for three months. When they finally noticed, they emailed me asking for my key to make a copy because the “maintenance key was damaged.” When I questioned them about how it got damaged, they lied until I explained that I had the key the entire time. When I spoke with the on-site manager, he seemed completely unconcerned, more worried about the key tag than the security risk. He even told me there was no check-in/check-out process for keys until af
It all started with a leak from the neighbor’s sink that was not reported in time. We went out of town and when we came back we found mold all over our closet, water coming out of the wood floor and more mold all over the bathroom. The damages are being repaired with very little professionalism, they don’t communicate well with us, we have had all our clothes in the living room for 2 weeks because we had to clear out the closet, now all our things from the bathroom are in my dining room, we have had this problem for 2 weeks and the office does nothing but apologize. They have not offered us a better place for the inconvenience, they only say “I’m sorry we can’t do anything”, we ask to rent us a hotel room so we can shower and they keep saying that we should call the insurance and they can’
