Poor quality construction, these houses were thrown together. Even the trees need to be dug up and replanted to keep them from dying. Poor management by the HOA. This pile was reported to the HOA in November 2022 and it’s November 2023 and they still haven’t cleaned it up. I’ve already removed a truck load. How would you like to pay $435k for your house and this is your view? We’re going to have to sue DR Horton as this has been nothing but harassment to get anything done.
