Absolutely do not recommend! Extremely disappointed with the condition of our rental and the lack of management response. We moved into our unit to find trash overflowing, a refrigerator with bugs inside, and the entire home clearly not cleaned before move-in. The floors were so dirty that our socks turned brown within an hour. There was even cat feces next to the trash can. When we contacted the property management immediately (within 24 hours), they were dismissive and offered little help. For the price we’re paying, the condition of the home and the lack of professionalism from management are completely unacceptable. Michelle, the Regional Manager, is absolutely outstanding and anyone who gets to work with her is extremely lucky. After countless frustrating experiences with the old on-site staff, she stepped in and completely turned things around. She addressed every concern promptly and even took the time to meet with us in our home for a face-to-face conversation about everything we were experiencing. Me and my mom both work so much, and when we finally got a chance to come see the community, it was already getting dark because it literally gets dark at 5 PM now. I currently live at this property, and my experience has been nothing but great. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The staff is amazing — always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I need something. They truly make living here easy and enjoyable. I love calling this place home and really appreciate everything the team does to keep the property running smoothly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live!
