Terracina at Winding Creek Apartments - Roseville CA

This place has been a wonderful place to call home. I’ve been here for six months and the staff have been nothing but wonderful kind and helpful. While I was away on business, they actually sent someone to my apartment to help my Elderly mother. This is a safe neighborhood to raise your children. I would also add that the view from my window is amazing. The sunsets are spectacular.

I have been living here at the Terracina apartments for six months now. And in that time the staff has gone above and beyond helping me making sure I am taking care of when my daughter is not home. Elevators had gone out and they came and made sure that the dog was taken out. The elevators were fixed very quickly. The staff is always laughing and smiling and telling me jokes. Everything is always kept up nice and clean.

We visited this complex in November to ask about their first-come, first-serve system, and unfortunately the experience wasn’t welcoming. One staff member seemed irritated when we asked for information, and although another staff member (possibly the manager) provided more details, her tone also felt harsh and unapproachable. We also noticed that the empty apartments looked smaller in person than they appeared in photos. Customer service plays a big role in where people choose to live. Based on our experience, I would encourage prospective renters to carefully consider touring the apartment and interacting with staff before applying or committing.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at this apartment office. I visited the office to view an apartment and was accompanied by my two-year-old child. The staff were extremely rude, unwelcoming, and disrespectful. Their behavior made it clear that they were unhappy about a child being present. At one point, it felt as though they wanted us to leave the office entirely. My child is only two years old, yet it seemed as if children are not welcome even to stand in the hallway. I truly do not understand what kind of message this sends to families and parents who are simply looking for a place to live. I expected basic respect and professionalism, especially from a property that is meant to be a home for people. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very negative impress

Crystal the manager is amazing! Throughout the moving process she was patient and helpful every step of the way and answered any questions I had. She makes sure the living experience here is safe well maintained and respectful for all. The maintenance workers are also polite and respectful and make sure they get the job done in a timely manner.
