Terracina at Lancaster | Affordable Apartments

this place is the worst place to ever live. it is VERY unsafe here, as well as an unreliable place to live because their laundromat always has something wrong with it. the water is also freezing whenever you want to take a shower. not to mention how expensive it is to live here, you should not move to terracina apartments unless you want to deal with unreliable laundromat’s, loud noises, suspicious activity and people, and many more reasons.

Destiny Ramirez was so amazing and just lovely to work with! She made my experience so enjoyable and lovable I couldn’t wait to move into these apartments! If you come here try to speak to Destiny she will make sure all your needs are met and answer any questions you have in the sweetest manner possible !! Love her down !

We were very happy to service by the staff. We were greeted by professional and Intelligent Staff. I will referring Family and Friends. Thank God for the staff.

Called to see if I can schedule an appointment to view apartment despise the bad reviews, but honestly I can definitely see why other people have complained about their customer service. I had originally called last week and left a VM but no one called me back. Today I called again and the women I spoke with sounded rude and I was told that viewing the apartment is ONLY available Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm. Definitely not reasonable hours for people who work. They should have at least one day of the weekend available so the person who is going to pay rent would be able to see what they’re paying for. Saved myself from living in a place that doesn’t care for their renters. 👏

I love this place it's clean and all the staff members are so kind Betsy,Amber and Daniel U guys are amazing .
