Our maintenance guy Tye is very reliable and professional. He keeps his word and provides great service and is very respectful of your living space. I am always pleased with the customer service he provides in a timely manner.

I've lived Terracina Elk Grove almost 4 years and I absolutely love it. The property is kept clean, the new manger Lesley and the maintenance guy Ty they are super nice and amazing people when ever I need maintenance at the my apartment they come right away and fix the problem

Dear Terracina manager, I live here for near nine years and I saw several managers and maintenance workers at this community but none of them were good and helpful as the new group are. I would like to thanks Mr Ty Stanford for his service today. He fixed lots of things that needed fixing for the long time and he fixed everything such as balcony door, dishwasher, bathroom fan and so on . I also can’t passed without mention to his personalities .He is so polite, friendly, respectful and he really knows how to do job done. I appreciate you guys and I hope you will stay with us for a long time.

As a visitor of a tenant, I have personally witnessed excessive noise from the tenant upstairs and someone is ALWAYS in the parking spot designated for the tenants use! Complaints have been filed and the noise and parking violations persist. If a person can do better, I wouldn't suggest residency. If management can't enforce rules (even though unpleasant), perhaps "managing" is not a good fit. I find it "funny" that you want someone to call your number, but no one answers! Imagine that! I have found a few things "funny", but time will tell as to how "funny" it really is. I'll wait.

Worst place to live they never come to change there dirty carpets from 10 years plus very low budget place to live. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone. It’s 2025 change your damn carpets. Place fills with mold makes you sick and they say no it’s not mold. Bad management attitude is so bad they act like they own the building lol. No outside cameras my car got broken couldn’t even show proof what a mess. How can they not afford cameras.
