Terraces of Marine Creek Apartments

Terraces of Marine Creek is a great place to live. It is very quiet, peaceful, and well maintained. The common areas are always clean, and the community feels comfortable and welcoming. The office staff and the maintenance team do an excellent job. I would especially like to recognize JJ, the lead maintenance. He is always willing to help, listens to residents, and makes sure any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you, JJ, for your dedication and great work. It truly makes a difference!

The quality of these apartments have RAPIDLY declined despite the new management change since I moved here in 2019. While I do appreciate the new management, I believe there's too much damage control to take care of. Our biggest issue now is: pest control. The roach infestation is beginning to make itself apparent across multiple buildings now. Since I've lived here, I NEVER had roaches until recently, and now they won't go away. That's a HUGE deal breaker for me, I believe it's time for me to go. UPDATE: For anyone who is thinking about moving here, you should know that these apartments are NOT a SMOKE FREE community. It is not explicitly stated in the lease, yet implicitly advertised on the website using the no smoking symbol. So if you end up with neighbors who smoke INSIDE their resid

We are very happy with the positive changes happening at Terraces of Marine Creek! The pool has opened, and it has been so much fun for families to enjoy. The dog waste bags are available again, which is very helpful, and the whole area looks extremely clean. We truly appreciate both the office staff and the maintenance team for their quick responses. A special thanks to JJ for his excellent work and his ability to always find solutions to any problem!
