I would strongly caution anyone considering living at Terraces at Suwanee Gateway. Even after moving out several years ago, I’m still dealing with issues related to my rental history being reported incorrectly. A balance of $0.01 was recently reported during a rental verification, which is inaccurate and should have been corrected before being submitted. When I called to ask about it, the leasing specialist was extremely rude and stated that she entered “any balance” because she believed I skipped out on rent, which is completely incorrect and very unprofessional. Situations like this can affect someone’s ability to secure housing, so it’s disappointing that the office would report inaccurate information instead of verifying the details first. Where do I begin I wasn’t here a full year I broke my lease early, I gave the notice granted that I needed to make the payment I didn’t, but they sent it to collections and they put inaccurate information on there. When I called the collection agency to try and fix it I had them send me a copy of what the terraces sent I called the terrace and (Tracy) the person that sent off the letter to the collection agency acted ask if she was confused. She asked me who did I speak with at the collection agency and I told her and gave them number so said she was going to call and give me a call back. I lived here for one year, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The staff were often unprofessional and very slow. Before signing the lease, they were polite and attentive, but afterward, the service and attitude changed completely. During my stay, my package was stolen, and on another occasion, someone even attempted to steal my bicycle. Thankfully, I stopped it, but such incidents made me feel unsafe. In addition, the unit next to mine was clearly a one-bedroom, yet it often sounded like five or six people were living there. They played loud music and made noise until 3 a.m. almost every night. RENTERS BEWARE RENTERS BEWARE !!!! The experience applying to live at this property was completely horrible. Nice complex but the leasing agents who work in the office are completely TRASH. Sarah's knowledge of the property's policy is almost non existent. While waiting for our application to hopefully be approved we was informed about a very small balance that was owed to a previous property that needed to be paid before moving forward with the application. We did some research and found out a property we never lived at placed a balance on our credit of $200 for an application we never filled out. We wanted to move forward with the application at Terraces At Suwanee Gateway so we paid the $200 even though the that balance saying we owe different property was completely incorrect! Moving

I lived in this Apartment community from 11/2020 to 8/2024. To be specific, my lease ended 8/17/2024. I never paid my rent late for the whole time I lived at Terraces At Suwanee Gateway. I provided the required notification to move out. I did the scheduled move out with the maintenance team. And how does this management thank you. By NEVER notifying you of any balance from water/trash or repairs directly. The FIRST correspondence of any balance owed was from a debt collector stating that I owed $623.39🤬. My apartment was left in great care, as I don't have pets or children. I even hired a cleaning company to go the extra mile to make sure the apartment was left in great shape. I called the leasing office today 10/3/2024 and I believe the person I spoke to is Julie. She was finally able to
