Terraces at Perkins Rowe

Very nice location! The property is kept extremely clean, and I feel very safe and secure here. There’s a gated parking garage, and you have to scan in to access both the garage and the building. I often see security doing rounds throughout the day. It's also a very walkable area, which I love. The leasing and move-in process was seamless—big thanks to Lessa for making everything so easy! The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I signed for a renovated unit expecting it to match the renovated units shown online. Unfortunately, there were several discrepancies and a few things that needed to be fixed, but nothing too terrible. Maintenance came quickly to fix the issues, which I really appreciated. Joyce was an amazing leasing agent — super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process really easy. She answered all my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. Can’t wait to move in!

Maintenance is always prompt with their response to issues. Generally, when I walk an issue, I hear back from them the same day I appreciate the consistency. Staff is very kind.

UPDATE: After living here for a little over 2 months I felt an update was needed. First, I was rented the wrong apartment. Management and I worked it out so all was well there. Second, I requested 2 things be fixed: my back door that will not lock and the dog crap/pee from the previous renter to be cleaned off the patio so I could bring my furniture. Neither has been done after multiple emails back and forth. How do you rent an apt without a locking door??? I have been a landlord for 20 yrs and that makes ZERO sense to me but, it’s no priority here! So though the office staff is very friendly…management and maintenance have ALOT to be desired!!
