Terraces at Paseo Colorado Apartments

We love living here!! These are beautiful, modern, and spacious apartments in a secure community. The garage is locked and very secure as well. The Terraces team is extremely responsive and all of my maintenance requests have been addressed the same day. Thank you to Romel for being an excellent guide throughout the application process! And thank you to Liz for getting us officially moved in!

I loved living here! The location is incredible with Old Town, City Hall, Green Street, and Central Park all within walking distance. Maintenance is elite and the staff is so kind. Very convenient to downtown Los Angeles and the view of the San Gabriel Mountains can’t be beat.

The location is great, and the apartment itself is beautiful with an excellent management team. The move-out charges were very reasonable. The only reason we decided to leave was the rent increase at renewal. When we tried to discuss it with the management team, they didn’t respond to our request in time, so we had to look for a more affordable place. Ironically, the same unit is now listed at a price that’s $235 cheaper than what we were paying — which seems like a poor strategy. If you can get a reasonable rent, living here is a pleasant experience.

I am new at Terraces at Paseo Colorado and have only been in the apartment for 10 days, and everything has worked out excellent. The office staff has been incredible, and the maintenance team is quick and super professional.
