Honestly the best leasing office. Landlord stays on top of it as well as the leasing office staff. Great experience, had to move out since I am planning on purchasing a home soon.

It is such a pleasure to live in a apartment where I don’t have to worry about shoveling snow cutting grass, and when it comes to maintenance in your apartment, they are top notch. And the ladies in the office are all sweethearts when it comes to taking your calls and answering questions that help you. And the party’s that they have for appreciation for choosing to live here are Fabulous. And I feel very safe here. They take care of business when needed in your well-being and safety.

I have been a resident since 2021. I love living here. I have amazing neighbors and live in a quiet apartment block with a great view. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely matter. Office staff is very helpful. Rosemary has been a great addition to the staff She goes above and beyond to make sure issues are addressed. and Dale in maintenance is amazing he is friendly and is on top of things.

Awesome place to live! Property is nice and neighbors are great! The pool and exercise place is a great thing to have for use. The manager is sweet and very efficient at all my questions when I asked. Highly recommend!

My air-conditioning went out and they had a portable one in my apartment and set up within an hour of me submitting my request. They also had the main unit fixed within 72 hours. Maintenance is always extremely responsive' respectful and professional. Thank you!
