If I could give zero stars, I would.Terrace Pines Apartments in College Station is one of the most dishonest and shady operations ever dealt with. If you’re thinking of moving here, DON’T. They will take your deposit, waste your time, and you’ll be left with nothing but excuses and silence. I’ve talked to several people who gave them money orders for deposits and never moved in or got a single cent back. This isn’t some isolated issue it’s a pattern. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and clearly trained to stall and deflect. The manager? Completely useless and never available when you need answers. Terrace Pines should be investigated. It’s giving scam energy from top to bottom. Do yourself a favor and run the other way.

During the application process I was asked for 2 money orders, each for 300 dollars for a total of 600 dollars. And the money orders were made out to Terrace Pines and "for deposit" was written on the back, all done by the secretary. She gave me the money orders back when I decided that this company was a little shady. Since they were already written on by the secretary I could not get my money back on the money orders. Since Tidewater Management is the rental company for this property I am reaching out to them as well since the secretary won't deposit the money orders that she wrote all over and give me a check or money or something. Stealing 600 dollars from a senior citizen is pretty low.

Diamond took my money order on Aug 29th 2023. She said to leave the stub receipt on it so she could just give it back if it didn't work out. Diamond said I was approved for a low income apartment in the middle of October. So, I got ready to move in in November. Diamond told me she didn't have a lease, that it was up to corporate when they would send the lease. She said her hands were tied. So I waited for mid-Nov. Called and Diamond said they don't do move-ins in the middle of the month and then denied saying that later. So, I waited until dec. Then she gave more excuses from the office flooded, that corporate scheduled a level job for the office without notifying her. Both excuses the office was closed for almost a week for each one. Then the next excuse, she was out a week sick. Then th

It is rare that I write or even submit a review but the management at these apartments is like something your read about in horror books. My mother has resided here for apprx the last 3 years and up until the last 4-5 months it has been a nice place and I would have recommended it. The two women that are the managers over the last several months are anything but kind and I assure you do not care about any of the tenants in this 55 and over property. In the last 4 weeks my mother has had the word "eviction" stated to her twice. The first eviction threat was done on a Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm with a 104 degree temp outside. The situation was an honest mistake on the tenants part and was corrected by Monday morning. This is a homebound 80 year old lady that is quiet and has a caregiver onc
