ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! Before moving in, I explicitly asked if the unit had any bug issues. They told me no — that was a lie. Within hours of moving in, the unit was swarming with roaches. I documented everything — photos, videos, emails — and I’m fully convinced that if I hadn’t, they would’ve ignored my pleas for assistance. Regardless, their "assistance" was three appointments to spray down the unit. Hardly a fix when baseboards are cracked and broken, allowing bugs to get into the walls, dead roaches in fixtures are unaddressed, and mold is not dealt with. Despite following every protocol, they dragged their feet, offered little real help, and still withheld part of my refund. I had to abandon roach-contaminated belongings and live elsewhere just to feel safe. I couldn’t stay in

Reached out twice to request a viewing, no one will respond. If they ignore potential future residents that sets a pretty poor look for how things will be once you are a resident (if you even make it to that point, considering they won't respond).

Had a recent situation where I had to deal with Whitney Wallace from management at Terrace Gardens. She was pleasant very knowledgeable. I will definitely be renting from here just Because of her, She made sure my issues were handled promptly and accordingly thanks Whitney you’re the best. !!!!!

Terrace Gardens has been a wonderful experience due to the amazing customer service provided my Whitney Wallace. Always willing to help and answer any questions i have. I would absolutely recommend this property to my friends and family due to Whitneys excellent customer service.
