Ivan is a hardworking, honest , respectful superintendent . Always has a smile on his face and always listens to any concerns we have and addresses them in a timely manner. We are happy to have him as our superintendent.

I have to say its not a bad place to live if it wasnt for that maintenance man. I see him leaving the basement in the middle of the night. He makes me feel very uncomfortable. He sits down there drinking wine and listening to everyone conversation. If you are a female and live alone. He is creepy. I find him always watching when i leave and come back home. I see him on my camera. I put them up after i noticed things that were not right when i came back home. I believe he was in my apartment without my knowledge. Very bad experience with him. Walks around with a smile with sneaky and or bad intentions. Ivan.

I had roaches which came from the neighbor who reported them a month before. and black mold because the upstairs neighbors bathroom flooded.. The landlord sent the super over with raid...then the exterminator came almost 2 weeks after. There was a massive hole in my ceiling for weeks. Mold grew like crazy. All they did was patch it with sheetrock. Dont move in there.

Nice quiet off the beaten path, Mostly good hard working Honest people live here
