Terra Bella Apartments

I can’t express how great Maria is, she is newly taking over the complex and has made the already extremely stressful moving process a breeze. With her quick responses and around the clock availability she has truly been the light at the end of the tunnel. The Property its self is cute, clean and homey! So happy we made the choice to call Terra Bella our new home!

This dump is also known as "935 Johnfer Apartments." I wonder if it's Section 8. Not well kept landscaping, loud cars, tenants litter the street and grass in front with garbage. When visiting to possibly rent, the dumpsters were left open and garbage strewn about all around them. The pool is also "closed due to insurance." I was disgusted and appalled. 09/20/2024: Brown, overgrown and tattered landscaping, gutter is full of yard debris and broken glass from recent broken car window. Cars parked with cobwebs and weeds under them. Yes, I'm sorry your experience and upkeep is below standard. Do better.

Move in was smooth and fast.Maria the property manager was/is super helpful and nice. She made the process so convenient for us to move in quickly without any delays!

Beautiful apartments at a great price! The property manager, Maria, is amazing! She helped us get in quick and effortlessly. The property itself is quiet, well maintained, and maintenance/management are very attentive.

Thanks to Maria for providing me and my family peace and comfort. Not only did she make the move in process quick and efficient but was very patient with me as well. Thank you Maria and staff at Terra Bella. God bless. I'm loving it.
