Terra at Knox Apartments

I've been a resident of Sonoma Apts for 12 yrs and have dissatisfied with the management. They don't answer a maintenance request for days. Mostly government assistance tenants are here not by choosing but lack of funds to live

I don't understand why there is a delay in maintenance when it comes to necessities. Submitted a maintenance request about a leaking sink, 3 months later - it still leaks. Summer is coming, and it's been rather hot last two weeks and the AC doesn't work. I've sent emails to the managing property in NY and there's a break somewhere between out of state and Texas. I lived at their other property down the street but didn't have nearly the same problems as here. Rent is cheap, and if you're struggling with rent, might be beneficial, but don't expect to be living in a place that will prioritize the habitational rights as tenants. It just doesn't exist. But I have 6 months to go, so here's my attempt to get my tiny place fixed before having to get legal help about the conditions of this prop

My family and I have been living at this property for about 3 yrs now. I have never had an issue with management and Myra is absolutely the best. If she’s not in the office she can always be reached via phone. Neighbors are friendly and apt complex is very peaceful. Love the fact that everything is nearby… schools, grocery stores, fast food restaurants and downtown.

People they can say what they want I’ve been in this apartment almost 4 years management is good The maintenance is good you pay on time you always good no nowhere nobody let you to leave for free this people they’re very kind the place is clean it doesn’t smell . smell like a good community smell like the living place I don’t know what people are talking I’m glad I live the apartment Like Sonoma it is a great place to live.

Lousy apartment. AC goes out every few months. Manager is never here. Just a bad experience here. And yes what she said in the other review, shooting and fighting all the time. Don't move here.
