Terra at Collington Apartments

Worse apartments ever! They don't fix anything. Cassandra Ranslem is the property manager and she only has all new appliances and repairs done to her apartment. She loves to call the cops on residents and lie to them about things that never happened in hopes of getting you arrested. The garbage is always piled high. The trash compactor brakes regularly. The get a dumpster every other week and it overflows. If they offer you a renovated apt it's not renovated. When you file work orders in the portal they say they're going to work on it and don't. Then they recently hired a new maintenance man that if he can't get in your apt he will change your locks. He comes in and steals your items while you're not home and then say he didn't do anything. Lived here for 1yr n 4months and it’s been good and bad. The Gates are always broke, Maintenance is stretched then from doing work orders on this property and other properties, Somewhat of a roach problem, property manager and female leasing consultant are very cool and understanding, landscaping is bad, Sometimes their is security and sometimes not, The authorities are always coming on the property along with the rescue squad and it’s very Noisy with all the vehicles playing loud music all the time. Ask for a short term lease if you’re looking for a quick spot to move too. Don’t stay to long if you can help it. Good luck

Only getting 1 star because I have to give at least 1 star and I did like the apartment itself. BUT Moving in here was a struggle, they never answered the phones then when we moved in our AC was broken and it took DAYS for them to "fix it". While living there we had multiple issues where we needed maintenance and when we would call him he would try to tell us to fix it and how AS IF it was not his job and they charge a maintenance convenience fee every month for basically no reason. Same with the valet trash fee 9 times out of 10 we would have to do it ourselves. Every time they would come fix something they would either mess something else up OR make a whole mess. They flooded my sons room so bad there was water in the carpet for a while. They said they would be back to dry it up and neve

I appreciate the office staff at this apartment. So far they have been extremely helpful with the needs that I have. Whether it is issue with the apartment or general questions... The complex is nice and I enjoy seeing kids actually outside playing. The maintenance are awesome and most importantly this is actually a family oriented neighborhood...
