Terra Alta Apartments

I’m new to Terra Alta. The location is great! It’s so close to the airport, downtown and so many restaurants on Broadway. The area is truly what attracted me. My apartment needed some work before moving in. I voiced my concerns to the property manager who addressed them right away and with even more care than I expected, honestly. Andrew and his team are amazing! I’m so happy with my place. Thank you for being an awesome team!

I’ve lived here for the last two years and like the property especially when the newer management took over. It’s a very quiet place with friendly neighbors and I’ve never had an issue with crime or disturbances. Rents affordable and I mostly like the location. If anything needs fixing or there’s other concerns The property manager takes care of them very quickly and he’s easy to get a hold of. Laundry facilities are of good order and the pool is a nice addition. It’s a good spot for me overall. Quiet, cheap, friendly and convenient.

*** DO NOT LIVE HERE******* This place is terrible. The property Management changed 3 times in the year I was living here. These apartments are rat and roach infested. I called multiple times and placed at lease 4 work orders for pest control. No one ever responded online. When I moved in here the refrigerator had small roaches to which I was told would be replaced. It took me about 8 months to finally get someone to take it out of the apartment, only because I finally threatened to leave. By then the roaches invaded the whole apartment. To add to Joes apartment, I could hear rats in the attic all night. I put multiple work orders in and calls to Lisa the manager which again fell on deaf ears. The rats chewed a huge whole in the back of the stove and in my pantry. They ate all my food and

This place is a good to lived in, I moved in and July of last year, my wife and daughter love this place is always quiet the pool is nice and cool during summer, management would understand my situation as right now being the one with a job. A awesome place to Live in, Andrew is easy to contact in terms of pay a few days after the 1st or if there’s any issues at the apt definitely I’m staying for more years
