Ternus

I just completed my first portfolio refinance with Ternus, and really enjoyed the experience. As a seasoned investor, I was referred to them by a friend that uses them himself and they were very detail orientated with prompt updates and minimal post application conditions.

My experience with Ternus Lending was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From start to finish, communication was terrible — messages were ignored, updates were vague, and I constantly felt left in the dark. The delays dragged on far longer than promised, with zero accountability or effort to make things right. What made it worse was the rude and dismissive attitude from the staff. Instead of helping or showing basic professionalism, they acted like my concerns were an inconvenience. It’s rare I leave a negative review, but this experience was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend Ternus Lending to anyone who values honesty, respect, or reliable service.

Used Turnus 3 times in the last few months for fix ad flips. Kiavi is much smoother, easier and more efficient than them. I don't see a reason to use Turnus again in the future. They couldn't fund my last 2 deals on time, risking the deals of falling out. The nail in the coffin was when they told me draws are all of a sudden taking 10 business days to be disbursed. Now I have guys walking out of my projects that are obviously time sensitive.. just disappointed .

Luis has been excellent to work with. 3 fix n flips, 2 rentals and a bridge loan that we BRRRR’d out with no money in the deal. Truly fantastic experience and advice! Their processing. Team is top notch, Lori, Jessica and Heyden have all been amazing to work with, and super responsive.
