We are very happy to say Brian, our maintenance is very knowledgeable, fast and reliable. He has great communication skills, and has helped our move here be worry free in knowing they take care of the residents with urgency, and consistency. He loves handing out treats to the fur babies, which is such a plus. Brian , he is amazing! You won't find him at the front office but you sure will find him on the golf cart on the way to fix anything and everything! He has been to my apartment a few times now, everything has been resolved in a timely manner! He also keeps dog treats on hand, as our pups love that very much! We love these apartments, even the front office is quick and efficient! The apartment and people here are awesome, it's a healthy environment/ community. Nice and quiet.

As a Vender I work with many Multi family Property Teams, Teravista is always a joy to visit. Billy the Maintenance manager is always very kind and well organized in the care he puts into the property, this is a location where detail to keeping things well maintained is easily observed. The office staff and management are always willing to help, listen and make the best out of every interaction. I would definitely refer friends and family to this property. Great staff! Jalen, the manager, always makes sure things are handled properly. The apartments have great space with nice-sized closets. The community is clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the mall, gym, grocery stores, restaurants, and more. I lived here for a couple of years and loved it. Maintenance requests usually take 2–5 days, but they respond quickly and I never had any issues.

This community in Teravista has disappointed us, two stars only because of Jalen and entertainments for kids during our experience living there. The worst maintenance you can imagine, you have to pray them to come to fix something you need except emergency cases, but you have pay more than 2,000$ for month on time, like leaking sink more than 6 months and etc. If pool was closed for cleaning every time it was closed more than for month in school vacations as well, but you pay for this!!!And one pool is too small for such a big community. Always parties and no free places on weekends. Billiard had always broken sticks and gym was too small. Stains on the walls and furniture is old. Very noisy apartments, you will hear everything. No respect for neighbours. There is dog place but people pref
