Tennis Court Apartments

Lived at tennis court apartments almost 3 years and the time was great from start to finish. Recently under new ownership and are really putting plenty of effort on renovating all buildings. The manager Caitlyn has been great and responds pretty quickly to any needs you have. I definitely see myself going back in the future if I’m looking for a home near downtown Palm Springs.

I went to see an apartment .I talked to manager Kayla very nice she showed me apartment .I was very impressed on how Buetyfule the complex is looking 👌 very nice repaited the tennis 🎾 court .Keep up the great work God Bless ❤️

December 11th marks my 6th year living at the tennis court Apartments. I have really enjoyed living in this community. My Neighbors have been pleasant and a few becoming close friends. The rents are among the most affordable in Palm Springs. What I really enjoy is how spacious my apartment is. The largest one bedroom apartment that I have ever rented in the Palm Springs area. Most people ask me if my apartment is a condo. I have a beautiful patio with gorgeous views. The complex is located in a great area on the edge of the faimed Deepwell estates neighborhood. Close to downtown, shopping, grocery stores and more with a buss stop convienantly located on the corner. This property has underground parking with security gates. 3 laundry facilities. A beautiful swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Tenni

I was an interested in an apartment but the landlord/manager, Susan, was on vacation for a few weeks. When she got back (after extending her leave) my roommate and I went to go see the property - it was very messy and the apartment we were interested was falling apart due to a flood from the last tenant, and smelled like animal urine. Susan was very erratic throughout the whole visit and we did not feel welcome. Nonetheless we still applied, we have the credit, and financials to more than take care of the apartment but we were rejected over the phone a day later. However my roommate and I both received emails saying we were accepted and to get renters insurance. I would avoid this property and it’s management team, very unprofessional and unwilling to improve their location.
