10/10 recommend Tennessee Homes and all their staff. It was a very easy process to do the application and paperwork to get a home and was able to move in same day! They are very helpful if you have any issues, concerns, or questions. And even gives courtesy calls about bad weather coming in.

We moved from across the country, and the ladies at the front desk helped us find our new home quickly. They were very helpful when we had questions and/or concerns. So far, I have had no issues with anyone at this company.

When we walked into Tennessee Homes we walked in with doubt but as soon as we started talking to them things started brightening up, we did our paper work they told us the steps we needed to take and that we did and with than 3 days they called and told us we got the house.. This Team has been a great experience from the very start!!

My contact I signed to buy my house asked that I wave my federal Dodd Frank rights. Even though this is not a mortgage or finance company he put that he ADDS 3.5% EXTRA to your payoff when you sell or refinance. That eats up your equity. The last time I posted a negative review he contacted my real estate agent and told her to take my house listing down. I personally regret ever doing business with this establishment.
