The only good thing that came out of this experience was a push to purchase a home and stop donating to rental companies. They answered very quickly at first with a smile on their faces and as soon as our lease was signed, they forgot about us. They cancelled maintenance requests without our knowledge and took 2 months to fix a fence that was broken in a storm before we moved in. Our sprinkler system went out and that was never fixed after the requests we put in and the calls that we made. When we moved out, they had the audacity to charge me a pet fee on my support animal (whose paperwork they conveniently couldn't find) when we were already paying for whatever damages they found. I rented from them for 5 years and they were always on top of everything, very understanding and responsive and great to deal with.

This is a company that does not attend very quickly to the needs of their tenents
