My apartment at 127th under Striver's management flooded 9 times from the rain. Each time I was gaslighted with the excuses by their weekday contract staff and management that it was because of leaves getting in drainage. It was not, I had a structural engineer family member look at it. My apartment was not the only one, multiple apartments above and below me had the same issues. The entire living room ceiling caved in twice, there were multiple black mold issues, but no amount of polite requests by call or email had the managers register any urgency. They never actually fixed these structural issues, they only sent their contract staff to do patchwork on the sheetrock and paint over it. I recently moved into one of the apartments maintained by Tenant Concierge, and the entire team was phenomenal. Mario, Juan Carlos, and Milton handled the turnover and even helped me move my personal items into the apartment. Mary Luz took care of the cleaning, and her work was exceptional. I truly recommend their services, and I’ll even be signing up for weekly cleanings with Mary Luz in my apartment.

The real estate company I rent from uses Tenant Concierge for maintenance and it’s terrible. One month after moving in, I’ve had 10+ issues with my apartment including: 1) Shower door broken by previous tenant and not replaced 2) Fridge shelves broken by previous tenant and not replaced 3) Central ACs not working 4) Window leak - took 1 week to send someone, so anytime it would rain, kitchen would flood 5) Bathroom sink currently leaking, so I can’t use it - they haven’t responded to my calls for 3 days 6) Key fob not working, have yet to send replacement 7) etc. More frustrating has been lack of communication. They respond to service requests saying they’ll schedule as soon as possible and never reply back, including to follow-ups via their app/phone/etc. Real estate company basically ha

Have had several issues in my apartment, and every time Tenant Concierge was dispatched they were on time, and fixed the problem correctly the first time. Very happy that the owners of the building use them.

This was the worst cleaning service I've ever encountered in this city. The porter was lazy and paid no attention to detail. Our Condo hired Daily Maintenance in a pinch to service our building until we could onboard a new Super. They were fired after two cleanings. After the first cleaning we noticed that the floors in our common areas were cloudy and streaky. Camera footage shows the porter spraying cleaning product on the floor and dry mopping it. No water- just spreading the existing dirt around on the floor. None of the railings or other high-touch surfaces were cleaned, despite the prevalence of COVID.
