First night there we got our car towed, came to talked to the lady that helped us during the signing and she thought she told us about the parking sticker and we said she didn’t because we would have made sure we gotten it before getting the keys and even the day we came to get the key a courtesy reminder would be nice. In the middle of the conversation some "manager" Sara came out of the office and said "yes we did tell you, I was next to her when she told you needed to give your car info to get your parking sticker’’. Lady you were there but you were in your office talking to 2 guys. I know this because they pulled up the same time we did and double parked then walked straight into your office and y’all were still there when we left. I would like to express the professional and friendly welcome I received at Ten oaks apts. Emily went above and beyond helping me get into my new apt. Home. I have to honestly say the apt. Complex is modern, the grounds are well groomed. A very well kept clean community to live.

My experience with Ten Oaks apartment was nothing less than excellent. I met Ms. Emile first and became of certain situations , she was very attentive and sincere , she stayed with me through the whole process.. I had to come into the office to bring documents and I got to meet the rest of the team, they were very friendly and I was noticed walking through the door, I didn’t have to wait to long to be helped. I moved here in November 2025 and it’s been a great experience thus far. My leasing agent Emile Rodriguez was very helpful throughout the application process and continues to be an asset after move in. A very clean, safe and quiet family complex with an excellent and responsible management who is also helpful in apartment matters with an excellent service team who are checking the complex during office hours.
