Temporary Accommodations, now a part of Sedgwick

This was truly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Tamara was incredibly kind, friendly, and empathetic throughout the entire process. She worked quickly to secure our hotel while our home is being repaired after a flood. I can’t express how positive and reassuring this experience was.

Great customer service. Going through tough time with a house fire. Working on short and long term stay options. Great communications - email and multi team member contacts. multiple people to reach out to plus 24 hour live access and tonight one person was able to step in and take over things in progress to make sure everything gets set since prior person was gone for the day for your best options during a difficult time. Can't say enough of how nice to have a group/company able to help you when it feels like everything is in shambles. Thanks for all your help. Joe

Tamara was wonderful! In situations where you need temporary housing due to damaged homes, you’re stressed, tired, and just want a place to stay. Tamara was quick, efficient, but most importantly, emphatic at a time when we needed it most. She explained all of our options thoroughly, did extra research, and made sure we had all the information needed to make a sound decision.

My experience with Temporary Accommodations was like a breath of fresh air due to the professionalism by Tamara Cherry. During a very difficult night when my home caught fire she made me feel like I was talking to my sister or a close friend. Finding temporary housing and making all the arrangements to make us feel comfortable was very appreciated. Anything we asked or needed she made sure to provide it for us. Tamara is a great asset to your company as well as the other representatives I spoke with afterwards. They definitely put the customers needs first. Hopefully I won’t need your services again in the future, but if so I would prefer to have Temporary Accommodations in my corner waiting to serve. Thank you Tamara Cherry and all who helped me.
