⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Wonderful tour and great first impression at Tempo Apartments (55+)** We recently toured **Tempo Apartments (55+)** here in Las Vegas and had an excellent experience from start to finish. We met with **Nay**, the apartment manager, and she was truly accommodating and professional. Nay took time to answer all of our questions in detail—especially regarding the different apartment types, the qualification requirements, and what to expect during the application process. She also shared helpful information about the **dates of available 1- and 2-bedroom units**, including what was currently open and what’s coming up soon, which we really appreciated. A special shoutout to **Melody**, Nay’s assistant, who went above and beyond for us. Melody even held off her lunch schedule just

My Shawana I think she is the best manager we have she cares so much about us. There is a group of us resident who are praying for you beautiful, you have done so much good for us since you came. You listen to us You are respectful you don’t sit in your office all day you come out to market and say hi to everyone. You pick up trash when you walk the apartments. Mr Ovation please let us keep this one. We don’t ask for much but we all love her.

I was the first person to live in Tempo IV. Patricia is funny and is always smiling. Agustin fixed my drawer in the kitchen and he is always cracking jokes. Kenya is a pleasure. Everyone here has been so great. I forgot to add Dulce! She is our community housekeeper and she is so pleasant and is always working hard. This property has truly been a breath of fresh air. Thank you Ovation for such an amazing team.

I’ve been a resident before building was ever even thought of and now that building four is here. Every other building seems to be a step child. The maintenance takes forever to come and do anything. They don’t return phone calls. They write things on sticky notes I could go on and on don’t move in here cause they’re giving the allure of Building four but building three used to be the building that shined. The furniture in the pool is cracked broken and needs to be replaced! The building needs a good clean sweep or a paint touchup because it’s beyond looking raggedy and falling down! It’s sad very very sad. Building four will get like that soon and then let’s see what happens because the property management here rotate and they don’t even put out a notice of letting you know who’s the new

I just wanted to say how efficient you maintenance worker is by the name of Raul, here at Tempo apartments. He works fast, neat and clean. He gets the job done, without having to repeat his work. Kudos to Raul
