Temple College Apartments

This is government subsidized housing for students. Took me a little over 6 months to get in from the waitlist. I have lived in a 1 bedroom for nearly 2 years. Every time I have a maintenance request it's addressed with 1-3 business days. They let the grass get a little long before mowing. My apartment does have issues leaking water into my apartment when it's raining excessively. Still the better option for a student on a budget.

Dont do it! Rat infested apartment complex. Made multiple complaints about the issue management did nothing. Upon moving out due to the rodent problem they charged me the damages the rodents made. The higher up management she was very unprofessional. Had a bad attitude when i called to explain how I shouldnt be charged for any of those damages. She was yelling over the phone and catching a attitude. Tried to report her behavior but apparently there was no-one above her. This is not the only problem i have had with them but this was the main problem. Anyways please live somewhere livable and clean for your own health.

I've been living here since April, so far no problems. Neighbors are nice, you put in a work order maintenance comes ASAP. And the price is unbeatable. Your money's worth is worth it living here.
