Temecula Creek Villas

I have lived here for about a year and a half. The first year was good. No complaints, grounds up kept well, maintenance staff friendly and attentive. However, the office staff is rude and disrespectful. Sunny (manager) is not a people person, she has no clue how to talk to people, she is rude, and blunt. She does not take your complaints and take care of them, she ignores them. Accounting skills are horrible, signed a lease for one price and 4 months later they sent me a bill stating that they gave me the wrong amount for rent and wanted back payment. I refused to...as it was not my fault. But did pay the new amount they demanded....is that legal? About 1 year after moving in with the market and economy going down hill the apartments lowered their rent rates, lower income people began to

I was approved for a two bedroom apartment but because my wife had an eviction I declined to proceed with the rental; this was back in May. I went back in August after my wife and I decided to split, when I filled out the application, the manager was very rude and disrespectful, she lied to me that she called my employer, past landlords and told me I lied on my application. I explained to the manager that I did not lie, when in fact I had pulled my credit report to get accurate information on my rental history. I explained to the manager that I will have my Real Estate attorney file a discrimination claim and I will be contacting FHA in Riverside County. The managers are rude and unprofessional to prospective tenants.

I love it here, last year I had to move from my house due to medical reasons, I needed a one floor living space until I found a a house to accommodate my needs. The Temecula creek villas staff, with the assistance of Ms Arlene was able to provide all that I needed for comfort. The process was painless and professional. I have A two bed room furnished, utilities, pool/ weight room with security of Main Security Steve/Jeff. They are an awesome crew that provides that neighborhood feeling of privacy and things are being taken well care of. All my friends and family love this little Gem of a place to call home. I lived here in 2011 to 2013. After keeping my deposit they also charged me for $1000.00 in new carpet which I refused to pay. They then proceeded to send it to a collection agency and my credit has suffered for it. Rent somewhere else!
