We bought our new build home in Telge Ranch from Long Lake and have had a great experience overall! Shavon, our sales rep, was amazing — very communicative, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process, and she’s continued to be a great point of contact even after we moved in. Even though it was a pre-designed floor plan, we were able to choose our flooring, cabinets, and paint colors, which made it feel much more personal and “custom.” The process was quick — we signed in May and closed by mid-August — and everything went smoothly. We discovered Telge Ranch Subdivision quite by accident. That was two years before we actually put our money down on a lot. During that two years we were helped by Shavon Limas. She was always so helpful in our choice of a floorplan (which we changed during the process). We appeared in Shavon's office almost daily for that entire period!
