Telfair Lofts Apartments in Sugar Land

Jaime is wonderful maintenance worker. Maintenance at this apartment is very easy to submit request. The workers work very well, they respect the unit and customer. They go above and beyond to make sure customer is satisfied. They are working to solve all my concerns, if something is not repairable they order new. Jordyn is also extremely wonderful, intially she gave me a tour of the property, she is very knowledgeable and helpful. She remembers everyone names and face . It's always a pleasure to see her. Other staff at this complex is wonderful, they are extremely helpful and nice. So far I enjoy living here. Highly recommend moving to this apartment.

I am really loved it.It includes amenities like gym, children's park,pool,social lounge, conference room, and also river side walk etc. 1.In a month,they will conduct some events in social lounge,it will be good for families as well as children. 2.They do referral for giving you money . 3.If in case,you need any household repairs,you rise query in app, they will respond you soon. 4.they have automatic door open ,close, everything in automatic,it shows me safe place to stay here . 5.Everything is clean,as well as staff members as friendly with everyone, especially "Jordyn McDade".She is very good,sweet person and smiling nature .I like this apartment.

Cockroaches are everywhere. The gate and public pool often take weeks—or even months—to get fixed. The hot tub is usually out of order, working maybe one day out of seven. Despite all these ongoing repair needs, the property management seems more focused on checking whether trash bins are left in the hallway during the day and issuing fines.

5/5!!! Stayed at Telfair Lofts for a little over a year and had a great experience overall. Staff: Axl, James, and Jordyn in the front office were always helpful with any questions or issues. I never felt stressed or annoyed going to the front office like I did at previous apartments I've lived. The maintenance staff was quick to resolve any problems we had and in some cases came out within the hour, after hours, to fix things like the AC temporarily not working or a clogged drain. Those types of issues were rare though and for the most part we did not have any major problems with the unit. Amenities: The gym is the best apartment gym I've used, and the pool is clean and large enough to accommodate a lot of people. Warm and friendly environment. Staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to take care of the tenants’ needs. Outdoor cabanas and kitchen so nice feature. Interior of loft is spacious and kitchen is modern. Great place to live!
