This complex by far was the worst place I have ever lived in and dealt with. I've never had such horrible experiences. Needless to say, the electrical was all screwed up, couldn't even use my light switches, roaches everywhere no matter how much you clean/spray, washing machine didn't wash good, it barely twisted,, nasty water coming from the ceiling in our tub/ shower all Summer long due to the air conditioner. Could not is tub as it turned orange. Cheap flooring even though my unit was considered updated. My furniture I've always had caused some spots of the flooring to bubble, I've never had a problem with my furniture. I was told their old vendor used cheap flooring but they have since switched to a new vendor. They still charged me $300 at move out to repair. The other tub they cha

The complex itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the units are beautiful. Patricia, the property manager, was fantastic. She was personable, welcoming, and answered all of my questions during the tour. However, my experience with the rest of the staff was off. Alyssa came across as standoffish and was difficult to communicate with. My biggest concern was their lack of responsiveness. Phone calls went unanswered regardless of the time of day, and emails were never returned. The only reliable way to get information was to physically visit the office, which was frustrating and inconvenient. While the property is stunning, the lack of communication was concerning to me, especially when considering becoming a long-term resident.

I highly do not recommend this apartment complex. They will turn off the water randomly with little to no notification. There have been plenty of times while living here the past few months where we have to heat water on the stove just to bathe because we weren’t given ample notice of water and/or hot water shutoffs. These apartments are way over priced for the condition they are in. There’s also lots of fees they will tack onto your monthly rent that are not disclosed initially. We will not be renewing our lease here!

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolute horrible communication skills through allysa. The fact that we're moving into a bigger apartment should be a good thing but they are forcing us to pay a prorated rate of $500 even though we've given a 30 day notice and the worst part is the $500 amount is only for 6 days within that month. Don't move here they will leach off of you.

Confirmed an appt to tour, twice, at 1pm today. Showed up on time only to find an empty leasing office. Absolute waste of time.
