I've lived in a unit on West 18th Street for the last 9 years, and am about to leave the city. Over my time there they've been responsive, open to negotiation, and good at communication. The unit itself is a bit older and is a great deal for the neighborhood it's in, with a surprising amount of storage. If you're looking for that, they're good to work with.

We just moved to NYC into a new build and the people at Teams Management have been great to work with. As with all new builds, there were issues, but Jeffrey and his team made sure we got all our issues resolved in a timely manner. The only thing I'd say is that I did have to follow up with them a few times on things, but I think that's to be expected if they're managing multiple properties and have so many things going on at once. All in all, I do really appreciate the effort they have put in to help make our stay in NYC as comfortable as possible, as not all agencies will do the same.

They have been my landlord for 8 years and I have nothing but good words to say. They look out for their tenants and have a big heart and understanding of people and housing. Have no doubts that they will take good care of you. Only reason I moved is because I needed a bigger space and they didn’t have any available at the time.
