The HOA at Longleaf Vinings is a complete joke. The parking rules are unnecessarily strict and obnoxious, especially with how the parking committee enforces them. Meanwhile, the front gate is constantly left open when it should be closed, which defeats the purpose of even having it. Trying to get requests fulfilled is like pulling teeth, you’ll be lucky if anything ever gets done but they’ll never fail to take your money on time. For the cost of these HOA fees, it makes no sense to keep paying when the value just isn’t there. On top of that, the property manager seems to have no real sense of what’s going on in the community or how to properly manage it. Overall, the HOA does not serve the residents, and the frustration outweighs any so-called “benefits.”

As a vendor, If I want to ensure my communities receive the highest quality of service from day one, I need to be partnered with an HOA Community Management Company that can get responses to my inquires in a timely manner. Jodi Phillips and Katherine Driskell have been wonderful to work with. I almost always get an immediate response and if the answer is unknown I still receive an update with an expectation of when my inquiry will be addressed. Keep up the great work!

I'm on the board of a Decatur, GA HOA. We've had several management companies in the past and we started working with TEAM management about 8 months ago. Christine Swenson and TEAM are amazing, I appreciate them SO much. We (the board) used to do way too much ourselves but Christine now takes the lead on the projects and the follow up, too. We have a dozen projects here that we wanted to complete (landscaping, asphalt, decks, recycling and trash vendors, deliquent accounts, rental permits, etc.) and they are working 'round the clock to bring all of these things up-to-date. These are major projects with a massive amount of time involved and Christine is so competent, organized, and patient.

Kat, our new Property Manager, is amazing and wonderful! She is very responsive to my questions or concerns and easy to work with. She always has a smile! She has started monthly mixers to get us residents together and to get to know each other--fun things like Game Night and Ice Cream Night (complete with ice cream trivia!). I enjoy living at Peachtree Walk!

I am a long time resident at Peachtree Walk in Midtown Atlanta. Team Management brought Kat Young to our property recently and things started happening immediately. Not only does she bring positive energy and a great personality.....I have named her the "Results Woman". I have seen multiple changes and improvements in her short time on the job. She has also organized several fun community events to help residents meet and interact with each other. She has made our community better, safer, more valuable and more fun. If I could give her 6 stars I would.
