My husband and I ultimately decided not to move forward and chose a different agent who immediately made us feel more comfortable and confident in the process. The lack of professionalism and overall approach here just didn’t sit right with us. The difference in communication and demeanor was noticeable. It simply wasn’t a good fit and we would not recommend.

Katie and Danny helped me navigate the complicated situation of selling my late father’s home after he passed. They were extremely knowledgeable and absolutely understood what needed to be done for the best outcome. Their response time for answering any questions or concerns I had was always within a few minutes. I absolutely felt safe and taken care of in their hands. Seriously, such an amazing team.

Danny and Katie were incredibly helpful in my family's home search. My husband and I were starting from scratch and had no idea what area of SD we should be in, what type of home we wanted, how much space we needed, etc. Danny was so patient and saw dozens of homes with us over many months. He always had a genuine smile on his face and never made me feel bad about how much time I was taking. He looped Katie in to see some homes also. Katie has a solid sense of reasoning that was helpful when reviewing contracts and highlighting practical concerns/benefits to certain homes. I credit them both with our house purchase, and highly recommend them! They make a great team.

Going through a divorce is already a scary process, but having to navigate the highs and lows of selling a house during that process is even more difficult. Danny and Katie were both so helpful, professional, informative and kind through the process. They maintained diplomatic professionalism and kept both our best interests at heart. They were so patient with moving dates and when we finally did list, they got us into escrow in 5 days! 5 stars, you should absolutely consider them for your next real estate sale.
