Richard from WSR is always very helpful when maintenance is needed for the rental. In the nearly 2 years of rental management I have received timely response to my request from memy rental house. His outstanding service has provided a peace of mind since I am a couple states away.

Richard is very respectful of the tenant's personal space, provides prompt responses for routine checks and balances, and has always been clear and concise with his communication.

Richard has been great. He manages multiple properties for me. He is very organized and keeps me informed to any issues with the properties and finds resolution to those issues quickly.

Wow! Very anti-ethnic. I was very surprised. Never thought that would be a factor in me trying to find a place to live. Richard wasn't friendly at all. I already knew why anyways. :/

Affordable houses and apartments to rent. They get right to the point and move quickly. Much easier than I thought it would be. I would look into this company if you are looking for a home.
