I am extremely disappointed with this management company. There has been an ongoing plumbing issue that they have failed to properly fix, and as a result I was left without a working toilet for over 24 hours. This is a basic habitability issue and should be treated as an emergency, yet it was not handled with any urgency or care. Communication has been poor, follow through has been lacking, and the problem continues to be pushed off instead of resolved. Leaving tenants without essential plumbing is unacceptable and shows a lack of concern for tenant health and safety. I would not recommend renting with this company based on my experience.

We have been renting with this company for a little more than 2 years and I have to say hands down they are the best out of the other 2 property management companies we dealt with since we have moved here since 2018. They respond to any issues as soon as they can and resolve it promptly. Terri and Kaitlyn are very nice and awesome to communicate with and also Mr. Drawdy is awesome. I am lookng to continue to rent from them for a long time if it permits.

Happy to never rent from team drawdy again! The place we rented at cabana key was not very clean when we moved in. We filled the entire property condition form so they were aware of the cleanliness of the unit. Not to mention when it was listed there were things that were supposed to be in the unit one of them being a garbage disposal and there wasn’t one. It said it was recently renovated and that was only the bathrooms. Dirty walls, dirty carpet, dirty cabinets that were peeling, a hot mess, water damage under the kitchen sink from the pipe coming loose on its own. We spent the entire time we lived there cleaning walls and scrubbing the carpet. We NEVER wore shoes in that place and they have these inspections where David and Kaitlyn would try to walk in with their shoes on and would lie

Our day-to-day experience living at the property was generally fine. KW Drawdy wasn’t overly involved, and in most routine matters, they were easy to work with. That said, the more difficult parts of the experience came during move-in and move-out. In fairness, not all of the issues seemed to come from KW Drawdy directly—some likely stemmed from the property owner as well. --- Move-In Condition When we arrived, the home still had leftover items like paint buckets and a queen bed frame. We were told we could do whatever we wanted with them, so we disposed of them to make the space livable. This team is highly professional, incredibly responsive, comprehensive, and conscientious. I love it that while they watch out for the needs of the landlord (me) they also take very good care of tenants and treat them as customers, with a humanistic approach. I acquired this property by working with Keller-Williams sales, with excellent results, so when it came time to rent the condo, it only made sense to go with their property management team (who came highly recommended).
